How we engage
You should not have to commit to a full study to find out whether we are the right partner. Our engagements move through four stages, and you can stop after any of them.
Identify
We meet, sign a confidentiality agreement and agree which product or study is in scope. A short memorandum of understanding records what each side will do next.
You receive: a signed memorandum of understanding and a list of the information we need from you.Assess
We carry out a feasibility assessment. For a study, that covers design options, candidate sites, the approval route, a timeline and the main risks. For an advisory engagement, it is the assessment itself.
You receive: a written feasibility report.Agree
If the assessment supports going ahead, we agree rates, responsibilities and terms in a service agreement and a study-specific work order.
You receive: a service agreement, a budget and a project plan.Begin
We hold a kick-off meeting, confirm the team and the communication plan, and start work on submissions.
You receive: a named project manager, a reporting schedule and the first status report.
You know the cost of each step before you take it
We quote for each stage separately, so you know the cost of the next step before you take it.
